Volunteers Requested in Michigan

AAUP and the Michigan Conference are going to undertake a number of major membership development programs during the 1997-98 academic year.

These will include public universities (MTU, GVSU, MSU, and UM-AA, UM-D, and UM-F). They will also include private colleges and university or religiously-affiliated institutions. They will also include community colleges.

If you would be willing to assist the staff on any of the organizing drives, would you please notify Director Bob Grosvenor at miaaup@aol.com. Tell him the area of the state and the kind of college or university you would be most comfortable working with.

You can devote as much or as little of your time as you want to. But we could use your help this year.

Please write today. If you want more information first, call Bob at 517 / 482-2775.
